Lincoln Mill Haunted House invites Star Wars fans nationwide to a special, exclusive one-day-only Star Wars-inspired event on Saturday, May 4. The world's first and only Star Wars-themed haunted house will debut in Philadelphia on Star Wars Day. Expect Lincoln Mill to have a new green hue, with over 30 "scare-actors" dressing up as Celtic mythology characters like leprechauns, banshees and goblins to give you some proper frights.
While the town was distracted by the holiday festivities, Viktor Kane knew this was the best time to lure his naughty workers down to the mill’s basement. "The Star Wars story and characters are so strong and has inspired me when writing the Lincoln Mill story," Lincoln Mill Haunted House co-founder Jared Bilsak said. "I always saw our main villain, Viktor Kane, as having many similarities to Darth Vader, one of the greatest villains of all time." It’s a perfect reason to plan a fun night out – eating, drinking, and getting scared. "Saint Patrick’s day has a long history in Philadelphia dating back to 1771 where many Irish immigrants migrated to America," said Lincoln Mill Haunted House co-founder Jared Bilsak. "Many Irish immigrants worked in the textile mills and we thought it would be interesting to tell a story about the mill owner’s fear of their uprising."
The first floor, formerly home to Mad River Bar & Grille, was swamped with 7 feet of water. Rebuilding, property owner Brian Corcodilos decided to pivot away from a restaurant or bar tenant on the first-floor, and now the site hosts the Lincoln Mill Haunted House. During the Great Depression in the 1930’s, Viktor Kane, the mill owner, tormented and experimented on his workers. Many of those workers lost their lives and their spirits haunt the mill.

Before St. Paddy's Nightmare, Lincoln Mill also hosted a "Viktor's Valentine" haunted experience last month for Valentine's Day, depicting a twisted love story. The venue has done haunts themed on Christmas and the fall season as well, adding more to the "Legend of Lincoln Mill." They even got some old textile-mill equipment from their Manayunk neighbors, the former owners of textile factory Littlewood and Sons.

It was at the end of the trail when Viktor found her that she kissed him, and then stabbed him in the heart. Legend has it, the haunted Lincoln Mill basement is where the 1930s mill owner Viktor Kane tortured and experimented on his workers.
It’s a creation by Jared Bilsak and Brian Corcodilos, who build this .They designed it and built it. They swear weird things have happened inside, from temperature changes to bodies used as effects falling from the ceiling when no one is there. Awaking in a cold sweat, Viktor feared his workers turning against him and so he devised a plan to punish anyone that threatened his operation. After the basement was decorated for Christmas, the workers were lured into the chamber to see the display. One by one, they were trapped and then programmed into Viktor’s little helpers. Before they realized what was happening, it was already too late.
There are over 700 spaces are available in parking lots conveniently located throughout the commercial district. The following lots are available for parking during the event. Anyone still looking for St. Patrick's Day activities well after the March 10 parade and before St. Patrick's Day proper on March 17 can get tickets for A St. Paddy's Nightmare online. Tickets are limited, and attendees will choose one of three time slots to enter the attraction.

During the exclusive outing, guests will venture through the hidden chamber that has been changed to ultraviolet light, giving the attraction a cosmic feel. The soundtrack has also been changed featuring cinematic Star Wars music but with a dark, horror twist.
